Hello to our customers and thanks to all for keeping the show going! I am a self-taught professional nature and wildlife artist and I opened my own art gallery in 1982 in the restored one-room 1859 school house in Brougham, Ontario Canada. It's now almost 34 YEARS as a "One Artist Gallery Show" here at the Marc Barrie Gallery! *Please note* that the Gallery has new business hours.
Soon the Marc Barrie Gallery in Brougham will be closing it's doors. Karin and I want to thank all of our past customers over the last 30 plus years for supporting my work. Making a living as an independent painter with a gallery is never easy what with all the business bills, but my 'One Artist Gallery' business has had a great run in Brougham and soon it's time for us to move on. I will continue to paint. Keep checking Marc Barrie.com for what's to come updates. In the meantime, the Gallery is still open and we are selling my work at "really good" prices.

The Marc Barrie Schoolhouse Gallery (building circa: 1859) in Brougham, Ontario.
If you are in the area, please stop in for a visit; although the artwork shown on my site looks great, there's nothing like experiencing it for real in person, so stop in. Many of my works are now available in the new collection of Giclée Limited Edition Prints that I am producing and publishing. I'm proud of the high quality of the new canvas prints and they offer brand new ways to exhibit your purchase versus the older "mats and glass" standard. Check them out at the gallery!
Marcbarrie.com has been on the internet for many years and my website has gone through some changes.
Thank You to all our customers for your support, and keep re-visiting marcbarrie.com to see what's new from my easel and visit the Marc Barrie Gallery.
